Hey there!  Welcome to Accessibility Minute, your weekly look at Assistive Technology, those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs!
A common tool in the world of assistive technology is the Livescribe pen, a pen that allows you to take notes in the designated notebook, and then automatically uploads it to your devices.  Now there is a newer, electronic pen coined, the “Phree” pen (spelled with a P-H) that allows you to take notes virtually anywhere!
According to its website, Phree is the “world’s first unrestricted, high-resolution, write-virtually-anywhere mobile input device.”  Now you can write, draw, annotate, and express yourself in many ways on virtually ANY surface.  Phree will easily connect to all of your Bluetooth devices (phone, tablet, laptop, TV, etc.)  It’s compatible with software and apps like Office, EverNote, Acrobat, Google Handwriting Keyboard, and more.
