Siera is the Digital Literacy Lead for Easterseals’ new Digital Literacy Services. Before being recruited to the Assistive Technology side, Siera was on the Employment services staff for Easterseals for over 6 years. Siera graduated with her Bachelors in English with an emphasis on Writing and Communication from the University of Southern Indiana.

Siera’s personal mission is to live for the One that is bigger and outside of herself while looking for opportunities for selfless acts of kindness and love. While not at work, Siera is usually spending time with her husband James. Siera and James can often be found either wrangling their cats, Charlie and Spurgeon, or wrangling the teens through church ministry (There isn’t much difference). Siera also likes to take on various hobbies so she can say she knows a bit of everything (sewing, flower drying, painting, repurposing things, cooking, etc).
