Hey there! Welcome to Accessibility Minute, your weekly look at Assistive Technology, those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs!
VTech is a world leader in age-appropriate and developmental stage-based electronic learning products for children.  One of their products is the KidiBuzz handheld smart device.  The device allows children to connect, share, and play.
According to VTech’s website, “KidiBuzz is not a phone – it is a communication device for kids that operates over WiFi.  There is no cellular or data plan associated with it…”  It must be connected to WiFi for the messaging app, KidiConnect, to work and for children to surf the web.  The camera features, music player, and games are all available offline.
Visit VTech.com/KidiBuzz to learn more.
