Just in time for back-to-school season, our Director of Assistive Technology Josh Anderson recently brought some assistive school supplies to Fox 59’s Indy Now.
From note-taking apps and project organizing tools to video magnifying devices, this technology is helpful for students of all abilities.
Increasing classroom access to these tools is important because, as Anderson says in this video segment, “It lets folks learn in their own kind of way, with or without a disability, ensuring they get everything from the educational experience that anyone else would. This is great for us as a society because if we’re getting everyone to their full potential, society gets there too.”
